Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all facilities maintenance activities, including repairs, upkeep, and installations.
- Ensure all facilities are safe, clean, and in good working order.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for specialized maintenance tasks.
- Manage the facilities budget and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Oversee a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities management and maintenance supervision.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP).
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Good leadership and team management capabilities.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
