Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee routine maintenance and repair activities for all school facilities.
- Ensure the efficient provision of essential services, including cleaning, security, and utilities management.
- Conduct regular inspections of premises to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Manage and maintain inventory of facilities supplies, equipment, and assets.
- Assist in the planning and execution of facilities-related projects, renovations, and upgrades.
- Respond promptly and effectively to facilities service requests from staff, students, and visitors.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities management, administration, or a similar services-oriented role.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic educational environment.
- Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to facilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in using facility management software or relevant administrative tools.
