Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee routine maintenance and repair activities for all school facilities.
• Ensure the efficient provision of essential services, including cleaning, security, and utilities management.
• Conduct regular inspections of premises to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Manage and maintain inventory of facilities supplies, equipment, and assets.
• Assist in the planning and execution of facilities-related projects, renovations, and upgrades.
• Respond promptly and effectively to facilities service requests from staff, students, and visitors.

Requirements

• Proven experience in facilities management, administration, or a similar services-oriented role.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic educational environment.
• Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to facilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in using facility management software or relevant administrative tools.
