Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations, maintenance, and upkeep of facilities and infrastructure.
- Implement and monitor multi-technical services, ensuring energy efficiency and optimal performance.
- Develop and execute facility management strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Manage budgets, control expenditures, and ensure cost-effective facility operations.
- Coordinate and supervise third-party contractors and service providers.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities management or a related engineering field, preferably in a mid-senior role.
- Strong technical knowledge in integrated energy management and multi-technical services.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships effectively.
- Familiarity with local regulations, building codes, and industry best practices in the UAE.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to facility challenges.
