Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of inDrive facilities to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance.
• Implement and maintain facility management best practices, operational procedures, and preventative maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for facility maintenance, repairs, and infrastructure projects.
• Manage facility budgets, resource allocation, and inventory for operational supplies and equipment.
• Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
• Support new facility setups, expansions, and relocation projects as inDrive continues its global growth and diversification.

Requirements

• Proven experience in facility operations, property management, or a related management role, with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in facility management software, CMMS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A strong commitment to maintaining high operational standards and fostering a safe and productive working environment.
