Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of inDrive facilities to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance.
- Implement and maintain facility management best practices, operational procedures, and preventative maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for facility maintenance, repairs, and infrastructure projects.
- Manage facility budgets, resource allocation, and inventory for operational supplies and equipment.
- Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
- Support new facility setups, expansions, and relocation projects as inDrive continues its global growth and diversification.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facility operations, property management, or a related management role, with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in facility management software, CMMS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A strong commitment to maintaining high operational standards and fostering a safe and productive working environment.
