Honest Group FZCO is seeking a dedicated and experienced Factory In-Charge to oversee and manage day-to-day operations at our steel manufacturing facility in JAFZA, Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on factory experience, and the ability to ensure smooth production while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

• Salary Range: AED 4,000 – 5,000 per month

• Experience: 3–5 years as Factory In-Charge / Supervisor / Operations Lead (steel industry preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily factory operations to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
• Lead, control, and motivate a workforce of 20–40 employees.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, HSE guidelines, and company policies.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure targets are met efficiently.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports on time.
• Conduct regular stock checks, inventory control, and material reconciliation.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years as Factory In-Charge / Supervisor / Operations Lead (steel industry preferred).
• Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of steel manufacturing processes.
• Proven ability to manage manpower, production, and reporting.
• Good understanding of safety compliance and risk management.
