Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily factory operations, ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of production staff.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards and industrial safety regulations.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and business objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in factory operations management, with a proven track record.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- In-depth knowledge of production processes, lean manufacturing principles, and quality management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
