Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and personalized styling advice to clients.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Lacoste products, collections, and brand heritage.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are met and the store environment is appealing.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Build lasting relationships with customers to foster brand loyalty.
