    Key Responsibilities

    • Monitor and control food and beverage costs effectively across all F&B outlets.
    • Conduct regular inventory counts, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
    • Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability.
    • Prepare and maintain detailed cost reports, budgets, and forecasts.
    • Implement and enforce robust cost control policies and procedures.
    • Collaborate closely with the F&B and purchasing teams to optimize operations.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in cost control, preferably within the F&B or hospitality sector.
    • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
