Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily food and beverage operations within Wynn Oasis Dining.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of F&B professionals to ensure high performance.
- Develop and implement innovative F&B strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory, manage budgets, and control costs effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Maintain exceptional service quality and uphold the luxury brand standards of Wynn.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an F&B Manager in a luxury hotel or resort environment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, including fine dining and banquet services.
- Ability to manage diverse teams and foster a positive work environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
