Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement innovative food and beverage strategies to enhance the resort’s dining offerings.
• Oversee staff recruitment, training, development, and performance management for F&B teams.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards within all restaurant areas.
• Manage operational budgets, inventory, and cost controls effectively to achieve financial targets.
• Collaborate closely with culinary teams to create compelling menus and exceptional dining experiences.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of proven leadership experience in a high-volume, luxury F&B environment.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including P&L management and superior service standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic pre-opening and operational resort environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills are a significant advantage.
