Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming F&B deliveries according to company standards.
• Ensure proper rotation of stock to minimize waste and spoilage.
• Issue F&B items to various departments based on requisitions and operational needs.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with inventory management systems.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within all storage areas.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Store Keeper, preferably within a hospitality or F&B setting.
• Solid understanding of inventory management principles and stock control procedures.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items as required for stock handling.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with different departments.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications for record-keeping and data entry.
