Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for all food and beverage items.
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming F&B deliveries according to company standards.

- Issue F&B items to various departments based on requisitions and operational needs.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with inventory management systems.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within all storage areas.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Store Keeper, preferably within a hospitality or F&B setting.
- Solid understanding of inventory management principles and stock control procedures.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items as required for stock handling.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with different departments.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for record-keeping and data entry.
