Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the F&B team to deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee daily F&B operations, including dining areas, events, and service protocols.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing guest feedback and concerns.
• Manage inventory, control stock levels, and minimize waste to meet operational targets.
• Train and mentor F&B staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations within F&B areas.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an F&B Team Leader or in a similar supervisory role, preferably in luxury hospitality or real estate.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and guide staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective guest and team interaction.
• In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, cost control, and high-quality customer service principles.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• A strong commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences and upholding brand standards.
