Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, commissioning, and setup of plastic processing machinery at client sites.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and diagnostic services for equipment issues.
• Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and preventative measures to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Learn and apply advanced knowledge of extrusion, blow molding, and compounding systems.
• Collaborate effectively with senior engineers and client teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Maintain accurate records of all service activities, repairs, and customer interactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Strong foundational knowledge in mechanical and electrical systems, and a keen interest in industrial machinery.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team in various field environments.
• Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues.
• Willingness to travel extensively to client locations within the UAE and potentially internationally.
