Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct field visits to identify and register eligible beneficiaries for cash transfer programs.
  • Facilitate the collection of accurate household data using digital tools and surveys.
  • Educate beneficiaries on the program’s objectives, payment processes, and grievance mechanisms.
  • Provide ongoing support and respond to inquiries from community members and beneficiaries.
  • Monitor and report on field activities, ensuring adherence to program guidelines and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with local community leaders and stakeholders to ensure smooth program implementation.
