In this role, you will be instrumental in the delivery of direct cash transfers to people living in extreme poverty, helping to transform international development through efficient and transparent systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to identify and register eligible beneficiaries for cash transfer programs.
• Facilitate the collection of accurate household data using digital tools and surveys.
• Educate beneficiaries on the program’s objectives, payment processes, and grievance mechanisms.
• Provide ongoing support and respond to inquiries from community members and beneficiaries.
• Monitor and report on field activities, ensuring adherence to program guidelines and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with local community leaders and stakeholders to ensure smooth program implementation.
