Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of Rotork flow control and instrumentation products.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with actuators and control systems in various industrial environments.
• Provide technical support and training to customers on product operation and best practices.
• Ensure all field service activities comply with safety regulations and company standards.
• Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to identify opportunities for product improvements and customer solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer, preferably within the flow control, instrumentation, or industrial automation sectors.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and control systems; Rotork product knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in challenging environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
• Flexibility to travel extensively within the region and work varying hours as required by service demands.
