Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical assistance and troubleshooting for Scm Group machinery and industrial components.
- Perform routine maintenance, preventative checks, and repairs on various equipment.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
- Assist in the installation, commissioning, and setup of new machinery.
- Accurately document all service activities, repairs, and customer interactions.
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards during all field operations.
