Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical assistance and support for IT systems, networks, and applications.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral equipment for clients.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by clients or internal teams efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and preventative checks on IT infrastructure.
- Document service actions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately for future reference.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely problem resolution.
Requirements
- Proven experience in field technical support or a similar IT role.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS/Linux) and common business applications.
- Familiarity with network protocols, hardware, and diagnostic tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a field setting.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various client sites in Algiers.
