Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll for Dubai, Europe, and Asia.
- Upload contracts, modifications, and documents into WAWF and PIEE.
- Maintain accurate bonus calculations for eligible staff.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy.
- Maintain internal audit-ready financial documentation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of finance, payroll, or accounting administration experience.
- Experience with U.S. government systems (WAWF, PIEE) strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and cross-team coordination.
- High accuracy and strong follow-through skills.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and financial software.
