    Key Responsibilities

    • Process payroll for Dubai, Europe, and Asia.
    • Upload contracts, modifications, and documents into WAWF and PIEE.
    • Maintain accurate bonus calculations for eligible staff.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy.
    • Maintain internal audit-ready financial documentation.

    Requirements

    • 3+ years of finance, payroll, or accounting administration experience.
    • Experience with U.S. government systems (WAWF, PIEE) strongly preferred.
    • Strong understanding of financial processes and cross-team coordination.
    • High accuracy and strong follow-through skills.
    • Proficiency with spreadsheets and financial software.
