Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Process invoices, expenses, and reconcile bank statements.
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Assist with payroll processing and related tasks.
- Liaise with internal teams and external clients regarding financial inquiries.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Finance Assistant or in a similar accounting role (2+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
