Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance controlling, business partnering, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and advanced Excel.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders.
