Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or similar senior finance role, ideally within the NHS or public sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Demonstrated understanding of healthcare finance and funding mechanisms.
