Key Responsibilities

  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the AMEWA division.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with local and international standards.
  • Develop and implement robust internal controls and risk management strategies.
  • Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to senior management.
  • Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior financial control or management accounting role.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations, IFRS/GAAP, and tax compliance.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
