Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with company goals.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in strategic financial planning, in-depth analysis, and critical decision-making.
- Strong knowledge of international financial regulations and generally accepted accounting principles.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to thrive and contribute effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic recruitment industry environment.
