    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, and reporting.
    • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, donor requirements, and national financial regulations.
    • Prepare and analyze financial statements, forecasts, and budget vs. actual reports.
    • Provide strategic financial advice to management to support decision-making.
    • Oversee treasury functions, including cash flow management and bank reconciliations.
    • Support audit processes and ensure accurate financial record-keeping.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably in the humanitarian or NGO sector.
    • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles (e.g., IFRS, IPSAS).
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
    • Fluency in English and working knowledge of French.
