The Finance Manager will oversee all financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and cost-control activities across the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) division. This role ensures strong financial governance, accurate performance tracking, and supports operational teams in driving commercial efficiency, contract compliance, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial planning for O&M operations.
• Monitor and control O&M contract costs, manpower expenditure, material usage, and subcontractor expenses.
• Support the review of commercial terms, SLAs, and KPIs for O&M contracts.
• Prepare monthly management reporting packs with detailed analysis of O&M performance.
• Provide financial insights to support operational planning, mobilisation, demobilisation, and project transitions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certification (CPA/ACCA/CMA) preferred.
• 8+ years of finance experience, with at least 3–5 years in Operations & Maintenance or Facilities Management.
• Strong knowledge of O&M cost structures, service contracts, asset management, and maintenance operations.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, etc.).
