Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, monitoring performance against them.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Process payroll, manage employee expenses, and handle financial record-keeping.
- Support internal and external audits and provide necessary documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within a consulting or services environment.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (IFRS) and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in financial management software and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
