Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all financial operations in Ukraine, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and donor requirements.
  • Prepare accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Process payments, manage bank accounts, and maintain efficient cash flow.
  • Ensure meticulous record-keeping and proper financial documentation.
  • Conduct regular financial monitoring and analysis to support program implementation.
  • Collaborate with program teams to ensure financial accountability and effective resource utilization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in financial management, preferably within an NGO or international organization.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and donor compliance.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
  • Strong communication skills in English and local languages (Ukrainian preferred).
