    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage daily accounting operations and financial transactions efficiently.
    • Prepare accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
    • Ensure strict compliance with all financial policies and procedures.
    • Monitor expenditures and revenue to maintain the organization’s financial health.
    • Support internal and external audit processes and ensure meticulous record-keeping.
    • Collaborate effectively with project teams on financial aspects of community interventions.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably 2+ years.
    • Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Ability to work effectively and adaptably in a dynamic, community-focused environment.
    • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Haitian Creole or French is an advantage.
