Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial operations and transactions for Yasmina American School.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Process invoices, payments, and payroll accurately and on time.
- Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits.
- Support senior management with financial planning and analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within the education sector.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and reporting.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
