Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily financial operations and transactions for Yasmina American School.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Process invoices, payments, and payroll accurately and on time.
  • Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits.
  • Support senior management with financial planning and analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within the education sector.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
