Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls and financial policies aligned with group standards.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for management review.
- Ensure strict adherence to local and international financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize operational processes and drive cost efficiencies.
- Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Finance Operations Controller or similar senior finance role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
