Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and implement robust internal controls and financial policies aligned with group standards.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for management review.
• Ensure strict adherence to local and international financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize operational processes and drive cost efficiencies.
• Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Finance Operations Controller or similar senior finance role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
