Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and statements.
- Conduct timely reconciliation of accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Collaborate with internal departments on financial matters and reporting.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Financial Accountant or in a similar role (2 years+ preferred).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
