Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and budgets for various projects and sectors.
- Monitor financial performance against plans and identify variances, providing actionable insights.
- Support business units with financial insights, cost control measures, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a closely related field.
- Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably with 3+ years in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, advanced Excel, and relevant financial software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, diverse environment.
