Key Responsibilities

• Monitor financial performance against plans and identify variances, providing actionable insights.
• Support business units with financial insights, cost control measures, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a closely related field.
• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably with 3+ years in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, advanced Excel, and relevant financial software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, diverse environment.
