Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis and reporting to support management decisions.
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, presentations, and investor reports.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Financial Analyst or in a similar finance role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
