Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all financial and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to support business objectives.
• Lead and manage fundraising initiatives and secure necessary financial resources.
• Ensure adherence to international accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide strategic financial advice and reporting to senior management.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Financial and Accounting Director or a similar senior financial leadership role.
• Extensive experience in an audit firm or as a statutory auditor is mandatory.
• Demonstrable success in fundraising, capital raising, or securing significant financial backing.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and international accounting principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications are highly desirable.
• Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills, fluent in French and English.
