Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure strict compliance with local and international accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Manage cash flow, financial risk, and implement robust internal control systems.
• Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial statements and management reports.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth objectives.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams on financial planning and performance analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field.
• Proven experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar senior finance leadership role (5+ years).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial regulations specific to Portugal.
• Proficiency in using financial software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Excellent analytical skills, strong leadership capabilities, and effective communication.
• Ability to thrive and contribute effectively in a dynamic telecommunications and construction environment.
