Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and analyze accurate financial statements, forecasts, and performance reports for management.
• Ensure strict compliance with all local financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
• Develop and implement robust financial strategies to support business objectives and sustainable growth.
• Conduct thorough financial risk assessments, identifying potential issues and providing proactive recommendations.
• Optimize financial processes, enhance internal controls, and drive efficiency within the finance function.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar senior finance role, with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and corporate finance processes.
• Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Excel skills.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
• Relevant academic background in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field.
