Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar senior finance role, preferably 10+ years.
- Strong understanding of Czech accounting principles (CAS) and financial legislation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to lead and motivate a finance team.
- Fluent communication skills in Czech and English.
