Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust fraud risk management strategies and controls.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial crime risks, specifically focusing on fraud.
- Oversee and enhance fraud detection systems and processes.
- Lead and mentor a team of fraud analysts and specialists.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to embed fraud prevention measures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in financial crime and fraud risk management, preferably in a FinTech or banking environment.
