Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize fintech operational processes to enhance efficiency and user experience.

- Identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring smooth functioning of financial technology.
- Prepare reports and present insights on fintech operations performance to stakeholders.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in fintech operations, financial services, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with financial systems, payment gateways, and regulatory environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, BI tools).
