Key Responsibilities
- Respond immediately and safely to emergency calls.
- Protect the public and property at incidents of fires and accidents.
- Rescue trapped people and animals.
- Inspect and maintain fire engine and equipment.
- Undertake drills and physical training.
- Drive fire vehicles safely to various locations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Fire Safety, Engineering, or related field.
- Firefighter Level II certification per NFPA 1081.
- Certified Emergency Vehicle Operations (CEVO) per NFPA 1451 and 1002.
- Hazmat operation level course per NFPA 472.
- First responder course (OPRC Level 1) per IMO.
- UAE driving license.
