Key Responsibilities
- Operate A320 aircraft safely and efficiently in compliance with Etihad Airways’ standards and civil aviation regulations.
- Support the Captain in all phases of flight, ensuring optimal aircraft performance and passenger comfort.
- Maintain a high level of situational awareness, effective communication, and crew resource management.
- Strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and disciplined cockpit environment.
- Participate in pre-flight planning and post-flight documentation accurately.
Requirements
- Valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) with A320 type rating.
- Minimum required flight hours as a First Officer on an A320 aircraft, demonstrating strong operational experience.
- Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a diverse, multicultural team.
- Proven strong decision-making skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
- Hold a valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
