    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist the Captain in all phases of flight operations, ensuring safety and compliance.
    • Conduct pre-flight inspections, flight planning, and post-flight procedures for A320 aircraft.
    • Maintain a high level of situational awareness and effective communication with the crew and ATC.
    • Adhere strictly to Air Arabia’s operational procedures, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
    • Contribute to a professional and collaborative cockpit environment.
    • Act as a representative of Air Arabia, upholding company standards and values.

    Requirements

    • Must be a UAE National with valid identification.
    • Possession of a valid ATPL/CPL license and A320 type rating.
    • Minimum of 5 years of flying experience, preferably on A320 aircraft.
    • Strong understanding of aviation regulations and Air Arabia’s operational manuals.
    • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
    • Ability to work effectively in a demanding and dynamic environment.
