Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate A320 aircraft in accordance with Air Arabia’s operational procedures and safety standards.
• Assist the Captain in all phases of flight, ensuring adherence to flight plans and regulations.
• Conduct thorough pre-flight checks, in-flight monitoring, and post-flight duties.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with air traffic control, cabin crew, and ground operations.
• Ensure passenger comfort and safety throughout the flight experience.
• Actively participate in ongoing training and development programs to maintain proficiency and certifications.

Requirements

• Must be a UAE National.
• Valid ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License) and A320 type rating.
• Minimum of 1500 hours total flying time, with at least 500 hours on A320 family aircraft.
• Excellent command of the English language (ICAO Level 4 or higher).
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to perform under pressure.
• Current Class 1 Medical Certificate.
