Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive fixed-wing crew training programs aligned with company objectives and regulatory standards.
- Oversee the operations of training academies, ensuring effective resource allocation and curriculum delivery.
- Ensure strict compliance with national and international aviation regulations (e.g., EASA, ICAO) for all training activities.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of flight instructors and training staff.
- Continuously assess the effectiveness of training methodologies and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with flight operations to integrate training strategies with operational needs and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Extensive proven experience in aviation training management, particularly within fixed-wing operations.
- In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations, crew licensing requirements, and industry best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective and engaging training curricula.
- Relevant professional certifications or pilot licenses are highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
