Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive fixed-wing crew training programs aligned with company objectives and regulatory standards.
• Oversee the operations of training academies, ensuring effective resource allocation and curriculum delivery.
• Ensure strict compliance with national and international aviation regulations (e.g., EASA, ICAO) for all training activities.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of flight instructors and training staff.
• Continuously assess the effectiveness of training methodologies and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with flight operations to integrate training strategies with operational needs and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Extensive proven experience in aviation training management, particularly within fixed-wing operations.
• In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations, crew licensing requirements, and industry best practices.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective and engaging training curricula.
• Relevant professional certifications or pilot licenses are highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
