Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the maintenance and repair of the campervan fleet.
• Ensure all campervans meet roadsurfer’s quality and safety standards.
• Oversee inventory management of parts and supplies.
• Liaise with external service providers and suppliers.
• Implement and monitor preventative maintenance programs.
• Maintain accurate records of fleet maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in fleet management or a related field.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Valid driver’s license.
