Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily fleet operations, including vehicle assignment, scheduling, and route planning.
  • Monitor and manage vehicle maintenance schedules, repairs, and inspections to ensure operational readiness.
  • Oversee fuel management and vehicle tracking systems for efficiency and security.
  • Ensure compliance with all local transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of fleet inventory, driver logs, and operational costs.
  • Collaborate closely with supply chain and customer service teams to facilitate timely deliveries.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in fleet coordination or logistics management.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices in fleet operations.
