Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the efficient management, maintenance, and repair of the company’s vehicle fleet.
- Develop and implement strategies for fleet optimization, cost reduction, and improved operational efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local and international transportation regulations and safety standards.
- Manage vehicle acquisition, registration, and disposal processes.
- Monitor and analyze fleet performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Support the logistical needs and requirements of Polymath’s portfolio companies across Latin America.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in fleet management, ideally within a dynamic and fast-growing environment.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, logistics, and supply chain best practices.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and optimize fleet expenditures.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with relevant transportation laws and safety regulations in Mexico and Latin America.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage a team.
