Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all passengers throughout the flight.
- Provide exceptional in-flight customer service, including serving meals and beverages.
- Conduct pre-flight safety checks and emergency equipment demonstrations.
- Handle passenger inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Adhere strictly to all aviation regulations and Cathay Pacific’s service standards.
- Maintain a pristine cabin environment and high standards of personal presentation.
