Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily facilities management operations.
- Ensure efficient maintenance, cleanliness, and safety standards across IFZA premises.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Address and resolve facility-related issues and tenant requests promptly.
- Implement and monitor facilities policies, procedures, and service agreements.
- Contribute to creating an optimal working environment for businesses within the free zone.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an FM Supervisor or in a similar facilities management role.
- Strong understanding of facility operations and maintenance best practices.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools.
