Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Food & Beverage department.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meeting coordination for F&B executives.
  • Prepare and format reports, presentations, and correspondence related to F&B operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems for all departmental documentation.
  • Assist with F&B inventory management, procurement tasks, and supplier coordination.
  • Coordinate effectively with various departments to ensure seamless F&B service delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably within the F&B or hospitality sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • High level of attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
